I was so relieved to find the spare parts I needed without any hassle. Ordering was easy, and they shipped out fast too. It made the whole situation way less stressful than I expected.

It looked nice when I first got it, so I was hopeful, but something about it just felt a little off. The wood seems kind of thin, and a few pieces didn’t line up the way they should. After being outside for a bit, it already started looking worn down. I don’t know, I just expected better and ended up feeling disappointed.

I got this hutch for the backyard, and from what I’ve seen so far, it seems okay with light rain. After a couple of heavier storms though, I noticed a few damp-looking spots and the wood started to look a little rough. I can’t say for sure if it was all from the weather or just where I placed it, but it doesn’t feel super weatherproof. For the price, it’s not bad, I just expected it to hold up a bit better outside

Overall, it feels solid once it’s put together. It didn’t really wobble much or anything after I got it set up. A few of the screws were kind of annoying to deal with, but nothing too bad. Now that it’s assembled, it seems strong enough for normal use

The delivery box showed up rough, and one of the panels had a crack in it, which was frustrating. I reached out to support and it took a little while to hear back, but to their credit, they sent me a replacement part. It wasn’t the smoothest experience, but I appreciate that they handled it fairly and didn’t make it a hassle. That’s really all you can ask for when something goes wrong.

Not saying it’s a scam, but the delivery was slow. They gave me an estimated timeframe, and it ended up taking longer than they said it would.

The door latch has been solid so far and still shuts the way it should. It’s one of those small things you don’t think about much until it works right and makes the whole door feel dependable

I was a little worried this would be one of those things that turns into a whole project, but it really wasn’t. It was easy to put together, like actually easy.
The pieces were labeled well, and most of the holes lined up without me having to fight with anything. I just took my time, went step by step, and didn’t need anyone else to help, which was nice.

The instructions were clear enough, not perfect, but clear enough to get the job done. Overall I’m really happy with it and really glad the assembly was simple.

I’ve had this sitting outside for a few months now, the wood is holding up well. It still feels solid and sturdy, with just a little bit of wear from the rain, which I kind of expected anyway. We’ve had some weird weather lately too, one minute it’s sunny, next minute it’s pouring, and I’m out there moving patio cushions like it’s a full-time job. But overall, I’m happy with it so far.

From what I remember of the product photos, this looks pretty much the same in person. It’s really cute and adds a nice touch to my yard...

I bought this thinking the cleaning routine would be simple, but it ended up being more of a hassle than I expected. I assumed the tray would slide out easily, but it kind of sticks and doesn’t come out very smoothly. The corners also seem to collect poop and bedding, which makes it take longer to clean than I planned. The hutch itself is okay, but if you’re expecting quick and easy cleanup like I was, it’s not the most convenient.

I really wanted this to work, but it just wasn’t predator-proof enough for us. My brother helped me set it up, and we thought it seemed secure at first, but raccoons still managed to get in without much trouble. Disappointing.

I bought a chicken coop from Aivituvin almost two years ago, and so far it’s still doing good. We’ve moved it around the yard quite a bit, and it’s been through rain, sun, and even a few rough storms. The wood has faded a little, which I guess is expected, but I haven’t noticed anything broken or coming loose. For the price, I’d say I’m happy with it.

I swear I was way more nervous about the size than I needed to be. The measurements were exactly like the listing said, and the coop fit in my yard just like I hoped. No guessing, no weird surprises, no mini heart attack when it showed up, just a perfect fit.

It showed up faster than I expected and works well . Honestly , I’ve got no complaints .

I ordered a rabbit hutch and ended up getting the wrong screws, plus one of the panels didn’t even match the rest. Support did get back to me, but it took a while, which was frustrating. Has anyone else had this happen with their order? I’m curious if it was just a one-off or a common issue

I got this pet house from aivituvin.com, and to be fair, it does look nice. That said, I didn’t love having to do my own little safety inspection right out of the box. A couple edges felt rough, and one of the latches wasn’t exactly confidence-inspiring. My rabbit is doing fine in it now, after I added some extra clips and sanded down a spot, because apparently that was part of the setup process. It’s not awful, but it would’ve been nice if it felt fully safe before I had to step in and fix things.

My order did arrive on time, so no issue there, but the first thing I noticed was that the packaging looked rough. The box had a few dents and one corner was partly open, which made me a little worried before I even checked the item. Thankfully, everything was still inside and the product seems to be okay. Still, based on the price, I expected it to be packed more securely.

I had a question about my order, so I emailed aivituvin customer service. They got back to me the next day, which was nice, and uh, they actually answered the question I asked instead of sending some generic reply.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because I did have to follow up once to get the tracking update. But overall, they were helpful, polite, and easy to deal with.
